We are full-time Realtors who have been involved in 100 sales transactions totaling over $22,000,000. David’s residential appraisal experience includes the valuation of over 1,000 single-family homes in the Central Ohio area, with a focus on the Bexley market.

Education: David and Laura received Bachelor of Science degrees from The Ohio State University in 1994 and 1995 respectively. David (a Bexley High School graduate) and Laura remained in Columbus after college and have been members of the Central Ohio real estate community ever since. Together, they offer a combined 20 years of experience in residential/multi-family sales and residential/commercial appraisal. As an appraiser, David specializes in the single- and multi-family markets, where he has served many property owners, banks, attorneys, and title companies with their valuation needs over the years.
